We are celebrating 11 years of reading naked! And since it’s also Good Friday, we decided to make it GREAT!
Due to our current circumstances, BARE Book Club will be presenting this celebration online. The cast and I will be reading from our homes. The show will be released at 8pm CDT on Friday, April 10, but you can stream it at your convenience. Get your ticket HERE.

While you’re stuck at home, you might as well read. Naked is optional.

Special “Mysterious Pandemic” Reading
A few years ago, an independent book by Brooklyn author Bradley Spinelli won the “Naked Girls Reading Literary Honors” top prize with “Killing Wiliamsburg”. The book centers around a mysterious pandemic that is causing mayhem in 1990’s Brooklyn. For the live celebration, Michelle L’amour and Greta Layne read excerpts from it. And for some strange reason, we thought it appropriate to post again. 😉

Bare Book Club (formerly “Naked Girls Reading”) is the “World’s Most Provocative Literary Salon” according to the Toronto Globe and Mail. Since it’s launch in 2009, it has spread to more than 20 international cities. The concept is simple. A group of stunning ladies choose an interesting topic, take the stage and read naked about it to an audience. Too good to be true? Nope. Totally true. From Shakespeare to Sci-Fi, Movie Scripts to Gossip Columns, Oscar Wilde to Paris Hilton…if it’s in print, we’ve probably tackled it. You may laugh. You may cry. You’ll certainly not forget it.
